Multimodal Visualization

I’ve wrote a multimodal visualization script for Lightwave3D. It allows us to read DTI, fMRI, and LONI Atlas datas and generate 3D models. We use theses models in 3D movies and in interactive visualization tools created with VR suite. We mix theses models with Anatomic datas (MPRage). The tool I’ve created has data functions like filtering, local max searching, sub sampling. There are several coloring and shaping options and the final model can be exploded in layers, according to the size, orientation, and/or anatomical grouping.
